These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tullo website, application, and transportation services provided by Tullo LLC (“Tullo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, booking a ride, or using Tullo, you agree to these Terms.
Tullo provides a platform for arranging scheduled private SUV transportation, including airport and cruise-port transfers in the markets served by Tullo. Tullo may use independent drivers or transportation partners to fulfill rides. Available service areas, vehicle types, and service features may change over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account information current. Your mobile phone number is used to authenticate your Tullo account through one-time SMS verification. You are responsible for maintaining access to the device and phone number associated with your account and for activity occurring through your account.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You are responsible for entering accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, flight, terminal, and other trip information. Tullo may contact you about your booking when necessary to coordinate service.
The price shown or confirmed at booking is the applicable fare for the requested service unless the booking terms expressly state otherwise. Applicable tolls and included service charges will be reflected in the quoted or confirmed price when stated. Payment processing is handled through Stripe or another payment provider used by Tullo. A payment authorization may be placed when a booking is made, with final capture or release handled according to the applicable booking and payment process.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
When supported, Tullo may use flight information to assist with trip coordination. Flight tracking and related information are provided for convenience and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for providing accurate trip information and allowing sufficient time for your travel needs.
Drivers and transportation partners are responsible for providing transportation in accordance with applicable law and their applicable agreements. Tullo may review and approve drivers or transportation partners according to its operating procedures. Availability of a particular driver or vehicle is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
You may not misuse the app or services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, submit fraudulent information, abuse referral programs, or use Tullo in violation of applicable law.
Tullo may send transactional communications concerning your account, bookings, ride status, receipts, and service operations. SMS verification messages are governed by the SMS Consent & Messaging Policy and the SMS section of the Privacy Policy.
Tullo and its content, branding, software, designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Tullo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the services only as permitted by these Terms.
Tullo may rely on third-party services for payments, authentication, communications, mapping, routing, hosting, and other functions. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Tullo does not guarantee that the app or transportation services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Service may be affected by weather, traffic, flight changes, vehicle availability, technical problems, emergencies, or other circumstances outside Tullo’s reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tullo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or intentional or negligent misconduct.
Tullo may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be handled in a court or forum having lawful jurisdiction over the dispute and the parties, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
