Tullo LLC (“Tullo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a private SUV airport and cruise-port transfer booking app serving the Houston, Texas area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Tullo app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Tullo’s Services, you agree to this Policy.
Account information: name, phone number, and email address, collected when you create an account.
Trip information: pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date/time, passenger and luggage counts, and (for airport/cruise trips) terminal, airline, flight, or cruise details you provide.
Payment information: Tullo does not directly collect or store your card number. Payment is processed by Stripe; Tullo retains only a reference token and the last 4 digits/card brand needed to display “Paying with Visa •••• 1234.”
Driver applicant information (drivers only): date of birth, address, driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance documents, vehicle photos, and VIN, collected as part of driver verification.
Referral/affiliate information: your referral code and the trips booked using it, if you participate in Tullo’s referral program.
To create and manage your account, and to sign you in via one-time SMS passcode
To book, price, schedule, and fulfill your rides, and to assign a driver
To process payments and driver/affiliate payouts
To send booking confirmations and account-related communications by email
To verify driver applicants and maintain platform safety
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
To comply with legal and tax obligations
Tullo does not sell your personal information, and does not use your information for third-party advertising.
Tullo shares information with the following service providers, only as needed to operate the Services:

These providers are contractually restricted to using your information only to provide their service to Tullo.
Tullo collects the pickup and drop-off addresses you enter to calculate pricing and route your trip. If you grant location permission on your device, Tullo may use your device’s location to help pre-fill a pickup address. You can decline location permission and enter addresses manually.
We retain account and trip records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account by emailing support@tullo.com; we will delete or anonymize your information except where retention is required by law (for example, completed trip and payment records).
Carrier-required disclosure: this section is written to satisfy Twilio/carrier toll-free verification requirements — keep this exact language when publishing.
Tullo uses SMS text messages solely to send a one-time 6-digit verification code when you sign in to your account. Phone number is Tullo’s login method — we do not use passwords. You provide consent by entering your own phone number in the Tullo app and tapping “Send me a code,” after being shown the following disclosure: “By continuing, you agree to receive a one-time SMS verification code from Tullo to sign in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies based on your sign-in activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a Tullo text to opt out, or HELP for help — you can also reach us at support@tullo.com.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@tullo.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Tullo’s Services are not directed to, and Tullo does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
