Tullo SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

SMS Program

Tullo LLC uses SMS text messaging solely to provide one-time verification codes to customers who choose SMS authentication when signing in to their Tullo account. SMS messaging is optional. Customers may choose SMS verification or continue with email authentication.

Tullo does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional text messages.

How Customers Provide SMS Consent

When a customer signs in to Tullo, the authentication screen presents two available methods for receiving a verification code:

  • Text me a verification code
  • Continue with email

The SMS option is not selected by default. A customer must actively select the SMS option before requesting a verification code by text message. Customers who do not want to use SMS may continue with email authentication without providing SMS consent.
